Kimberly graduated with honors from King University with her Master of Science in Nursing and received her certification from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board. She has studied at the prestigious National Laser Institute in Dallas, TX, completing her intensive, hands-on training in Medical Aesthetic Injections. Trained by some of the best in the industry, Kimberly notes Dr. Theresa Huyen,MD.
Kimberly strives to provide the most caring approach possible for her patients. Her professional skills, warm nature and discretion are of the utmost importance in her relationships. Kimberly
adheres to a philosophy of performing with the highest level of attention and respect. She is passionate about the use of neuromodulators, pdo threading, lasers, and non-invasive technology to achieve the best possible results for her patients.
Kimberly loves spending time with her family. Kim and her husband Kirby have one son, Kody and two grandchildren, Amelia and Lucas, who bring her so much joy. Her favorite place to visit is her second home in Garden City Beach, South Carolina. Kimberly loves the Lord and feels blessed that she has been given the opportunity to provide healthcare services throughout her community.
Amelia Evans
CNM, NP
Amelia was born and raised in Botetourt County, Virginia. Amelia greatly values patient communication and considers listening a vital role in providing care to patients. Her personal care philosophy emphasizes treating patients with respect and kindness. She received both her undergraduate degree and masters degree from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. Prior to receiving her masters degree in nursing, she worked as a Registered Nurse in women's health for eight years. Amelia also has a post-graduate certificate in midwifery from Shenandoah University in Winchester, Virginia. In her spare time, she enjoys being an antiquarian, traveling, and spending time with her husband, three dogs, and cat.
Calley Counts
Marketing Coordinator/LPN, BBA
Calley graduated with honors from King University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration (BBA). She has over 14 years of experience as an LPN in leadership within the medical field.
Calley has a passion for social media marketing and web content creation. She develops, coordinates, and executes our marketing campaigns. She wears a lot of hats so you may see her at the front desk, in a treatment room, or at an event.
One of her favorite things about being in aesthetics is bonding with the patients, seeing the patients before and after treatments,
and helping others feel more confident in their own skin. Calley is dedicated to continuing her education and training in aesthetics, she has received specialized training in InMode Technologies as well as individualized training from our Nurse Practitioner Kimberly Miller.
When she is not at work, you will more than likely find her on a ballfield, cheering for her kids. She is married to Seth and together they have five beautiful children. Calley enjoys going to church, traveling, and spending time with her family.
Cierra Sturgill
Certified Medical Assistant (CCMA)
Cierra is our Certified Clinical Medical Assistant. She assists Dr. Berry and other physicians as well as other healthcare providers in various clinical and administrative tasks. She plays an important role in providing quality patient care and supporting healthcare providers in delivering high-quality services. She received her certificate from Auburn University and finished her clinical’s with CVA Heart Institute in 2017. She enjoys getting to know each patient that we care for and making sure they have a wonderful and peaceful experience. Cierra loves spending time with her husband and 3 kiddos, taking spontaneous trips, and seeing smiles on everyone's face
Lilly Stump
Licensed Aesthetician
Lilly is our Licensed Aesthetician and she graduated from Jenny Lea Academy in Johnson City, Tennessee. She is committed to providing the best possible skin care to all of her clients.Lilly believes the greatest reward she can give a patient is to reveal their beauty through confidence. She is enthusiastic about helping each patient reach their skin and body goals through education, in-office treatments, and proper homecare. She is from Richlands, Virginia and is excited about the opportunity to provide services in our community. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, decorating for the holidays, and cooking
with her boyfriend Jay. Her favorite aspects of the office are the relaxing environment, her amazing coworkers, and her wonderful clients. When she gets time away from the office, her favorite place to visit is Charleston, SC. She is dedicated to continuing her education and knowledge in aesthetics, to always bring the best services and experiences to her clients.
Allie Copolo
BS, RDMS (AB) (VT), Sonographer
Allison graduated from Bluefield State University with Bachelor’s in Imaging Science, with a concentration in Sonography, and Applied Science Interdisciplinary Studies, with a minor in Biology. She is a registered sonographer through American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography. She has 8years of experience working in a wide range of modalities, including vascular, venous insufficiency, vascular surgery, OBGYN, pediatrics, abdomen, breast, small parts, MSK, and interventional radiology. She spent 3years at a teaching hospital, where she taught inpatient and outpatient ultrasound clinicals to South College Knoxville students.
Allison has always been passionate about helping others. One of her most rewarding and memorable experiences was attending a medical-based mission trip to Central America, where she was able to aid in providing free medical care to individuals in need.
Aside from work, Allison is a first-time mom to her daughter and enjoys soaking up every moment of parenthood. She’s an animal lover, loves to travel, try new foods, and is always looking for her next adventure!

Amanda has always been passionate about customer service and community. She has found her place at Living Water Vein Institute and Medical Spa as a Front Desk Coordinator and truly enjoys building personal relationships with our patients and team members.
Amanda's calm demeanor has been a blessing to patients upon first entering our doors. She puts the needs of others before her own and is always quick to identify what a client may need even before they know themselves! Her professional skills have led her to be a great resource for those looking to navigate their way to a healthier, more positive lifestyle.
In her downtime, Amanda enjoys spending time with her husband Jason of 24 years, their 2 beautiful children, and 3 sweet dogs. She loves going to church and serving the Lord.

With a decade of experience as a licensed aesthetician, Kimberly has enhanced expertise in facial waxing and medical aesthetics, serving in various roles, including spa management and aesthetic instruction for two years. She is dedicated to empowering clients to feel more confident in their skin and possesses a deep knowledge of product ingredients. Kimberly specializes in advanced treatments such as chemical peels, dermaplaning, and nano fusion.
Outside of the spa, she enjoys hiking, kayaking, and participating in local 5k runs. Kimberly also cherishes time spent with friends and exploring the vibrant local coffee shop scene.
Amber Vines
Ultrasound Tech
Amber is a seasoned echo and vascular ultrasound technician with over 20 years of experience in her field. Based in Hampton, TN, she is a dedicated mother of three and a proud grandmother to three grandchildren. Amber holds an Associate of Applied Science in Cardiovascular Technology from Northeast State and a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from East Tennessee State University.
Amber's passion for her work is evident in her dedication to patient care. She finds great satisfaction in witnessing the positive impact of treatments on her patients' lives. Outside of her professional realm, Amber is an avid traveler who enjoys camping and cruising. She is also deeply involved in her church community, where she leads music, participates in the choir,
and manages social media and streaming efforts. Her blend of professional expertise and community engagement highlights her commitment to both her career and her personal interests.
Jasmine Bowling
Aesthetics Specialist & Nursing Assistant
Jasmine is dedicated to helping our clients feel beautiful, confident, and empowered. She assists in providing detailed information about the services we offer and works closely with clients to find the best options for services we provide. Jasmine will also assist you by explaining and weighing your different payment options we provide. She also supports our Nurse Practitioners during cosmetic services, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience every time.
Jasmine is bringing both clinical and organizational expertise to my role. Before joining this field, she worked for two years in ICU/PCU, providing me with a strong healthcare foundation that enhances my ability to assist patients with compassionate care. Outside of work, she is a proud mom of two and a loving wife. Her family enjoys spending time at the beach, Disney World and supporting their daughter in dance and t-ball. They are also deeply involved in our faith and our church, making it a central part of our lives.

Danielle Cuevas
Front Desk Manager
Danielle will probably be the first face you see and the voice you hear on the phone in our Johnson City Location. She loves to greet you with a smile and be an encouragement to those she meets. Danielle grew up in CT where she worked in the medical field and home health administration. She then moved to Tampa, FL, and completed her degree in ministry and biblical studies. She has two younger boys that she and her husband homeschool. Alongside her husband, they live to shine the love of Christ and lead many to Him.

Front Desk Assistant
Libbie is a dedicated Front Desk Assistant. She is also a full-time student, with a passion for organization and exceptional customer service. She excels at being the first point of contact for visitors. Libbie takes pride in ensuring the front desk operates smoothly by managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and offering support to the team.
When she’s not at work or studying, Libbie enjoys hiking with her dog and boyfriend, and she’s always looking forward to discovering new vacation spots.
